While we won’t be seeing more of the show until 2021, Disney was nice enough to give us one more new episode of Amphibia to tide us over until then. And it’s a Halloween special, to boot! Granted, this won’t be the first time Amphibia has given us episodes that are perfect for the Halloween season. That’s not the point, though. The point is that we got some more Amphibia, and I’m not passing up a chance to review it. That, and I want to give my two cents on the stories being told.
Ahh, Halloween. Next to Christmas, it’s the holiday that people in America get into the most, especially when it comes to TV shows. With Halloween specials all but an unspoken tradition, it was only a matter of time before the reboot of DuckTales! did one themselves. And while it won’t make into my list of memorable Halloween episodes, it was still plenty entertaining. But hey, that’s DuckTales!
Just because the world is trapped in the year from hell, doesn’t mean I’m going to give up on Halloween.
After watching the Tegridy Farms Halloween Special on South Park, I have one question: what the heck were they smoking when they made this?

For today’s choice pick for my month of screams, I’m doing something entirely different. It’s a new show that just came out on YouTube today, and people have been waiting for it for years. Also, it takes place in Hell and has demons beating the snot out of each other, so I thought it’s perfect for Halloween. Come with me to Hell as we check in to the Hazbin Hotel.
With Halloween nearly upon us, I’m closing in on the last of my picks for the month of screams. Since I’m such a big fan of Regular Show, I’m going to finish my review on the Terror Tales of the Park series, and this next one may be my favorite. It’s got Steve Blum in it!
Normally, I don’t go for horror movies, but this is the one horror movie for those who hate them, The Cabin in the Woods. It basically embraces/calls out everything great/bad about the genre.
In the second Halloween episode of Gravity Falls, we step into Gravity Falls one night as we’re stranded outside the Mystery Shack and subjected to Stan’s tales. Tales meant to make us BUY HIS MERCHANDISE!!
I’ve waited to use Gravity Falls for my month of Halloween, and now seems like the best possible time to do so. While the entire series is perfect for a Halloween binge-watching, there are two episodes that are actually Halloween specials. In the first one, the Pines Twins discover the Gravity Falls Tradition of Summerween.
This next choice for my month of Halloween specials is an old classic, and one of my personal favorites. It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.
