Star Wars: The Clone Wars was one of the best cartoons of all time. Since Rise of Skywalker comes out soon, let’s look at my favorite arcs from this show!
I don’t understand why, but I’ve never been that big a fan of Thanksgiving. Maybe it’s because of the fact that I don’t like the food; it’s true. I don’t like stuffing, gravy, or mashed potatoes. However, I still appreciate what Thanksgiving means. It’s about being able to spend time with family and think about what we’re blessed to have. Still, I’ve spent 2019 doing something for several big holidays, and I won’t stop with Thanksgiving. So without further ado, here are my top 5 favorite Thanksgiving Day Specials!
For an entire generation of kids, the Big Three of animation were the ones who made the best cartoons on TV. As a result, the news of the trio joining the streaming wars was big news on social media. As a fan of shows made by all three of these entities, I couldn’t resist giving my two cents. So, I’ll be giving my thoughts and opinions on each company, their streaming service, and how I think they’ll do.
For my penultimate pick for my first ever month of screams, I chose a show that’s perfect for Halloween. It’s Cartoon Network’s 2000’s classic, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. If you didn’t know, its about two kids, the idiotic Billy and the cynically terrifying Mandy, who win the friendship of the Grim Reaper in a game. The show followed the trio’s supernatural misadventures, and it was a mega-hit for the channel. Of course, it helped that Richard Horvitz and Grey DeLisle voiced the main characters. As a result of its themes, this show’s perfect for Halloween, and Billy and Mandy’s Jacked Up Halloween delivered!
Jay’s Month of Screams, Day 29- Regular Show I made a promise to take a look at every one of the Regular Show Terror Tales of the Park episodes, and … Continue Reading Terror Tales VI in Space!
With Halloween nearly upon us, I’m closing in on the last of my picks for the month of screams. Since I’m such a big fan of Regular Show, I’m going to finish my review on the Terror Tales of the Park series, and this next one may be my favorite. It’s got Steve Blum in it!
In the fourth Terror Tales special, the Park Gang solves one of Regular Show’s greatest mysteries: what’s Muscle Man’s Muscle Mom really like?
We’re back with another episode of Regular Show: Terror Tales of the Park. In this one, the gang takes turns telling scary stories for candy. Loser has to wear their costume until Thanksgiving!
Pack your trick or treat bags and be ready for a trip in Ed Edd n’ Eddy’s Boo Haw Haw. When Ed watches a marathon of horror films for Halloween, he starts seeing monsters everywhere out to get him and his friends. Eddy, meanwhile, is too focused on finding this neighborhood that supposedly gives out a ton of candy.
We’re back with another round of Regular Show: Terror Tales of the Park! As the Park Gang is headed to a Halloween party, they get lost on the road from Benson’s bad directions. So, they start telling each other scary stories!
Who here remembers the Terror Tales of the Park from Regular Show? I consider it to be this generations equivalent to the Treehouse of Horror specials from The Simpsons. So of course I was going to include it in my Halloween lineup.
I really wish I could have gone to New York Comic Con this year, but between the cost and the travel time, it wasn’t in the cards. That’s not stopping from talking about the biggest news to come out of the NYCC. For Steven Universe fans, we have news on the final season of the show, Steven Universe Future
I’ve seen a few cartoons get the musical treatment in the past. Shoot, Spongebob Squarepants got a Broadway musical, and I didn’t even know! Of all the cartoons I’ve seen, though, I don’t think any would be better suited for Broadway than Steven Universe. Steven Universe: The Movie convinced me of tha.
I give you my spoiler review of the best musical hit of 2019, Steven Universe: The Movie
